Clear All Moorings
Yeah, I know, it seems like I’m overwhelming you with reading material. I wouldn’t worry about it; you don’t have to read the previous post. It doesn’t count.
So I called unemployment today and found out that, not counting this week, I have ten weeks left of unemployment benefits. Ten weeks.
”I’m keeping your license. I’m going to check in on you. I know where you live. If you’re not on your way to becoming a veterinarian in six weeks you will be dead.”
Well, I know what I want. But come on, determination is irrelevant—I think my existence since grad school has proved that by now. A couple thousand dollars and an in, that’s what I need. Now, how to get it… with only my focus…
